Every role is backed by work you actually did. Verifiable by anyone who asks. Goes on your CV from 5% onwards. References available at 55%+.

Four weeks. Four identities.

Each week unlocks a new identity and a new set of challenges. Complete Week 1 to unlock Week 2. Every gate you pass earns you a real role title.

🔭
Week 1 — Explorer
Sep 1–7 · Days 1–7
0% → 25%
"Show us who you are."
Day Date Task What to do +%
Both tracks, same tasks. Week 1 is about showing up and showing who you are. Dev and Marketing challengers complete the same gates — your track shapes how you approach them.
Week 2 — Creator
Sep 8–14 · Days 8–14
25% → 50%
"Build something real."
Day Date Task What to do +%
Tracks diverge here. Dev challengers analyze and improve antcpu.cloud. Marketing challengers analyze and improve antcpu's reach. Same analytical muscle — different domains.
⚡ Week 3 is where the tracks meet.
You've spent two weeks building in your own lane. Now you explain your work to someone who built in the other lane. This is where the real learning happens.
💻 Dev → Marketing Walk your Marketing partner through what you built. No jargon. Explain it like they'll have to sell it. Because they will.
📣 Marketing → Dev Walk your Dev partner through your campaign. Explain the audience, the message, the channel. Ask: what do you need from the product to make this work?
🤝
Week 3 — Collaborator
Sep 15–21 · Days 15–21
50% → 75%
"Work with the team."
Day Date Task What to do +%
Day 20 — Joint Submission. One deliverable. Both names on it. A product with a campaign, or a campaign with a product. This is the most important submission of the challenge.
🚀
Week 4 — Leader
Sep 22–30 · Days 22–30
75% → 100%
"Own something."
Day Date Task What to do +%
Sep 30 — Selection Day. Interns announced. Builders Network opens for everyone else. The internship runs October 2026 – January 2027, fully remote.

What you actually build.

Every task produces something tangible. By Sep 30 you have a portfolio of real work regardless of the outcome.

FAQ.

No. We care about curiosity, consistency, and communication more than prior experience. Newcomers are equally welcome — just show us what you want to build and complete the beginner-friendly Week 1 challenge.
The challenge is unpaid. The value is real: portfolio work, verifiable role titles, community membership, references at 55%+ progress, and a shot at the internship. The internship itself (Oct–Jan) is also unpaid but comes with a real team, real projects, and priority for future paid roles at antcpu.
~5 hours per week. Fully remote. Flexible schedule. The challenge is designed to fit around your existing commitments — not replace them.
Yes. antcpu is a global program. No location requirements. All you need is an internet connection and the drive to show up.
Communicate. Disappearing without a word is the only real disqualifier. Life happens — just tell us and we'll work with you.
You're welcomed into the antcpu Builders Network — Discord access, learning tracks, beta testing opportunities, and priority consideration for future cohorts. Every role you earned stays on your CV. The journey doesn't end on Sep 30.
