The One Rule That Covers Everything
Treat every challenger the way you'd
want to be treated on your first day
at a job that matters to you. That's
it. Everything below is just that
rule applied to specific situations.

Specific, honest, constructive.
"Great work!" is not feedback.
"Your hook is strong but your

line 2" is feedback.

No question is too basic. The
only bad question is the one
you didn't ask because you
were embarrassed. This
community has challengers
from every background and
every level.

Feedback Standards
Peer feedback is a scored dimension
of the challenge. Generic comments
do not count. The antcpu team reads
all feedback and evaluates it on
specificity, usefulness, and
generosity.
Good feedback answers at least one
of these questions:
- What specifically works and why?
- What would you change and how?
- What question does this work
raise that the challenger should
think about?
- What resource or approach might
help them improve?
Feedback that says "great job" or
"keep it up" will not count toward
your peer feedback gate. Be specific.
Be generous. Be honest.
AI-Assisted Work
AI tools are encouraged throughout
the challenge. Using AI well is one
of the seven scoring dimensions.
The standard is not whether you used
AI — it's whether you directed it,
refined it, and made it yours.
- Always note which AI tools you
used in your submission.
- Submitting raw AI output without
direction or refinement is not
acceptable.
- The question we ask is: did you
make this better, or did you just
press generate?
Cross-Track Respect
Dev and Marketing challengers work
together from Week 3 onwards. Both
tracks are equally valued. Neither
is more important than the other.
The best outcomes in this challenge
come from Dev and Marketing working
as one team — not competing
tracks.
If you don't understand what the
other track does, ask. That curiosity
is exactly what we're looking for.
Global Community Standards
This challenge is open to challengers
from every country. Language, timezone,
and cultural differences are features
of this community — not obstacles.
Adapt your communication to be clear
and inclusive.
- Write in English in the main feed
so everyone can participate.
- Be patient with challengers for
whom English is a second or third
language.
- Never make assumptions about
someone's ability based on their
country or background.
Enforcement
The antcpu team monitors the community
feed and submission queue throughout
the challenge. Violations of these
guidelines may result in:
- A direct message from the antcpu
team asking you to correct the
behaviour.
- Removal of specific posts or
submissions.
- Removal from the challenge in
serious or repeated cases.
We will always communicate before
taking action unless the violation
is severe. The goal is never to
punish — it's to maintain a
community worth being part of.

with the post or submission in
question. After August 1 you can
also flag it directly in the
community feed.
Reports are handled privately.
The identity of the person reporting
is never shared.
